North Battleford, SK- The Battlefords North Stars are pleased to announce Connor Logan has been hired as the new Head Coach & General Manager.
Connor Logan is from Vancouver Island, British Columbia and played 5 years of junior hockey. He was fortunate enough to win a championship with the Battlefords North Stars in his last year of junior in 2016/17. From there he went on to play USports hockey at the University of Windsor, and shortly after that he transitioned into player development and coaching.
President Kyle Kellgren had nothing but positive remarks to make, “Connor stood out as a candidate right from the get go. His passion for the North Stars, having once been a player was unmatched by any other applicant. Having won a championship as a player he knows the hard work and dedication it takes to compete at that level and is ready to coach the North Stars to another championship”
Logan is excited at the opportunity to lead the next wave of Battlefords North Stars, “I’m really privileged to get the opportunity to come back to the Battlefords to coach this team. I carried a lot of pride being a North Star and I am excited to join the organization again.”
