NORTH STARS ADD TRAINER

North Battleford, SK- The Battlefords North Stars are excited to announce the hiring of Ethan Koliniak as Equipment Manager/Trainer. Koliniak adds the final piece to the staff puzzle ahead of fall camp kicking off next Friday!

Ethan is a hometown kid who has grown up cheering on the North Stars with his family. With the hiring of Ethan the entire Battlefords North Stars staff is entirely hometown kids. President and Governor Kyle Kellgren couldn’t be more excited for the future of the North Stars following the final staff position being filled. “I am very excited to see how our staff of locals, Kennedy, Garry, Owen & Ethan transform our team in this upcoming season. I am anticipating a very community based team with the ties all of our staff have in the community”

Head Coach & GM Garry Childerhose also had nothing but positive remarks to share, “We are pleased to add Ethan to our staff. He is a hard working, motivated individual with a passion for hockey and is eager to get started. Ethan is from the Battlefords and grew up playing minor hockey in town and is currently a part-time fire fighter in the Battlefords. Welcome to the North Stars family Ethan!”

Ethan is excited to not only get back to watching the North Stars this season but seeing the game from a different angle, the bench. “I am thrilled to be a part of the Battlefords North Stars. It’s an honor and privilege to be working under the direction of Coach Childerhose and Coach Lamb. I look forward to being apart of this amazing team.”

The new fully equipped Battlefords North Stars staff is excited to be welcoming players and fans into the ACC next weekend for fall camp!
